Gas masks are protective devices worn over the face to shield the wearer from inhaling airborne pollutants, toxic gases, and hazardous particles. They are commonly used by military personnel, first responders, and workers in environments where dangerous chemicals or biological agents may be present. Gas masks work by filtering out harmful substances through specially designed cartridges or filters.
