Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Customer Service Associate to join our gas station and convenience store team. The ideal candidate is presentable, responsible, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the cash register and lottery machine accurately

  • Prepare food and beverages according to store standards

  • Receive and organize product deliveries and orders

  • Stock shelves, coolers, and store displays

  • Maintain cleanliness of the store, food prep areas, and restrooms

  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude

  • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Must be presentable, friendly, and professional

  • Responsible, dependable, and punctual

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight

  • Prior gas station or convenience store experience is a plus (but not required)
