Botanic is seeking a friendly, motivated, and plant-passionate Retail Garden Center Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with plants, providing top notch customer service, and being a part of a fast-paced outdoor retail environment.

You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining plant quality, and assisting customers with selecting the right plants and products for their needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with plant selection, care tips, and product recommendations
  • Maintain the health and appearance of plants through proper watering, pruning, and care
  • Restock inventory and help organize plant displays and merchandise
  • Assist with loading plants, soil, and materials for customers
  • Keep the garden center clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Support seasonal setup, promotions, and merchandising displays
  • Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions accurately

Qualifications (Required)

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience
  • Basic knowledge of plants, gardening, or horticulture
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
