These roles are often found at nurseries, garden centers, parks, or private residences, and may include customer service tasks if the job is at a retail location. They are ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have some knowledge of plants, and are looking for flexible or seasonal work hours.

What are the typical responsibilities and challenges for someone working in a part-time garden center role?

In a part-time garden center position, you will typically be responsible for assisting customers with plant selection and care advice, restocking merchandise, watering and maintaining plants, and keeping the work area clean and organized.
