Position: Mobile Cleaner
Location:
Burlington and surrounding cities

40 hours per week, includes weekend shifts every other week
Compensation Range (includes salary & shift premium):
$41,500 - $47,000

Overview

As a Mobile Cleaner at Homestead, you will help us to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our spaces. This includes regularly cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces. You will ensure garbage and recycling rooms are well maintained. Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors while following established cleaning routines.

Responsibilities:

  • Sweeping, Mopping, Dusting, Vacuuming, etc.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, Fitness rooms
  • Tenant units upon vacancy (including bathrooms, kitchens (ovens & fridges)
  • Winter snow removal
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Previous professional cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 20 kg (e.g., trash bags, cleaning equipment)
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and safe work practices are essential
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
