We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Maintenance Technician. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining property appearance, and is willing to learn new skills. We are seeking a dependable employee who can assist with a variety of maintenance and property upkeep responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities


Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Lawn care and general grounds maintenance
  • Garbage and debris removal
  • Property clean-up and upkeep
  • Assisting with basic repairs and maintenance projects
  • Performing miscellaneous maintenance tasks as assigned
