We are a growing residential service company specializing in professional trash bin cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing. Our service helps homeowners maintain cleaner, more sanitary bins by removing built-up grime, odors, bacteria, and residue using specialized high-temperature cleaning equipment.

We are expanding our customer base and looking for motivated sales professionals who want the opportunity to earn commission and ongoing residual income from recurring customers.

Role Description

This is a commission-based Sales Representative position focused on acquiring new residential customers for our recurring trash bin cleaning service.

While door-to-door sales can be a primary method of generating customers, the position is not limited to door-to-door sales. Representatives are encouraged to generate customers through networking, referrals, direct outreach, community connections, and other effective sales methods.

Your primary responsibility is simple: introduce homeowners to the service, explain its benefits, and convert interested prospects into paying customers.

Representatives will be responsible for prospecting, communicating service options and pricing, answering customer questions, closing sales, and maintaining professional relationships with customers.

Because we offer recurring services, representatives have the opportunity to earn residual commission from the recurring customers they bring in, allowing successful reps to build an ongoing income stream as their customer base grows.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience preferred, particularly door-to-door, outside sales, home services, solar, pest control, telecommunications, or other direct-to-consumer sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners
  • Ability to prospect, present a service, overcome objections, and close sales
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Reliable and professional
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
  • Reliable transportation preferred
  • Ability to manage your own leads and follow up with prospective customers
  • Strong work ethic and desire to build a recurring customer base

This opportunity is best suited for a motivated salesperson who wants their previous sales to continue generating residual income while they build their book of customers.
