Pay & Growth
Entry-level technicians: $22-26/hr
Experienced technicians: $28-32/hr
Performance-based raises
Ongoing training and development

What You'll Do
Install and repair residential garage doors and openers
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
Work directly with homeowners and provide great service
Use hand and power tools safely and confidently
Complete service notes and job photos using mobile software
Work independently and with a supportive team

What We're Looking For
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Able to lift 75+ lbs
Comfortable working outdoors and staying active
Reliable, hardworking, and coachable
Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
Good attitude and strong customer service skills

Experience in construction, maintenance, HVAC, electrical, delivery/install work, handyman services, mechanical repair, or other trades is helpful - but not required. We're willing to train the right person.
