Job description

Summary, Role: Provided excellent customer service in a casino and hospitality environment by assisting guests with slot machines, processing payouts and transactions, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain compliance with gaming and alcohol service regulations, handle cash accurately, resolve customer concerns professionally, and ensure clean, organized, and welcoming service areas. Demonstrated strong communication, multitasking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while creating a positive guest experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Safeguarding assigned slot assets.
  • Assist guests with slot machine operation, player rewards, and jackpot payouts
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
  • Verified guest identification and follow gaming and alcohol service regulations
  • Process cash, credit, and electronic transactions with accuracy and accountability
  • Resolved customer questions and concerns professionally and promptly
  • Maintained cleanliness, organization, and safety of gaming and bar areas
  • Restocked bar supplies, beverages, and service materials as needed
  • Monitor guest activity to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members and management to provide a positive guest experience
  • Providing customer service on the slot floor and at the bar
  • Reporting any machine irregularity or suspicious activity to Slot/Casino Supervisor.
  • Assisting guests with the operation of slot machines, including explaining how to play, the rules of the game, and payout procedures.

  • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements (KSA’s)

Education, certificates:

  • Ability to obtain registration with NV Gaming Control
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Physical requirements:

  • Standing and walking for long periods at a time, bending, reaching, stooping, opening slot machines
  • Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
