What is a gaming tech?

A Gaming Tech, short for Gaming Technician, is a professional responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting gaming machines and equipment, such as slot machines, arcade games, or casino gaming systems. They ensure that all gaming devices operate smoothly, comply with regulations, and provide technical support to resolve malfunctions. Gaming Techs may work in casinos, arcades, or entertainment venues and often collaborate with security and management teams to ensure the integrity of gaming operations.
