Overview

The Manager, Physical Security Systems owns the design, standards, and operational integrity of the organization's global physical security systems estate — including CCTV, access control/card readers, intrusion detection, and related infrastructure integrated to a central monitoring location — across a footprint of 100+ sites. This role sets architectural and design standards, troubleshoots system issues, maintains and troubleshoots systems, manages system requests through a ticketing system, and serves as the primary technical liaison to third-party integrators and embedded field technicians. The role also carries governance responsibilities for regulatory and compliance adherence, including Multi-State Lottery (MUSL) Rules and other state lottery security protocols, and acts as the subject-matter expert for RFPs, audits, and regulatory engagement. The Manager reports to the Senior Manager of Security Operations to align systems architecture with day-to-day security operations.

  • Maintain the availability, integrity, and security of all physical security platforms.

  • Define technical standards, specifications, and configuration baselines applied consistently across all 100+ locations.
  • Serve as the escalation point and SME for system troubleshooting across the global portfolio, coordinating resolution with vendors and field technicians.
  • Manage relationships with third-party security integrators and embedded/on-site technicians, including performance, SLAs, service quality, and contract compliance.
  • Coordinate installation, commissioning, and maintenance activity for new and existing sites in partnership with integrator partners.
  • Maintain system documentation, as-built records, and configuration inventories across the estate.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Manager of Security Operations to align systems capability with operational security requirements.
  • Collaborate with Workplace Services, Data Center Operations Management, IT/Infrastructure, EHS, Facilities, and Legal/Compliance on cross-functional security initiatives.
  • Support site GMs and regional stakeholders on local security systems needs within global standards.
Qualifications
