Job description

About the Role

WNDR is the next evolution of gaming and entertainment: a cloud-powered platform that combines streaming, game development, and publishing. Games launch instantly in the browser—no downloads required.

We’re looking for a creative Videographer and Short-Form Video Editor Intern to turn raw footage into content people actually want to watch. You’ll help create TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, trailers, behind-the-scenes clips, and other videos that bring WNDR Gaming to life.

If you understand strong hooks, quick pacing, captions, and gaming culture, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do
  • Edit TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, trailers, and other social-first videos
  • Add captions, transitions, sound effects, visual effects, motion graphics, and on-screen text
  • Select the strongest moments from raw footage and shape them into clear, entertaining edits
  • Color correct footage, improve audio, and prepare videos in the right format for each platform
  • Work with creators, videographers, and the marketing team to develop content ideas
  • Keep up with gaming trends, memes, editing styles, and formats that perform well on social media
  • Organize project files and deliver finished videos on time
What We’re Looking For
  • A portfolio showing TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, gaming, or other short-form edits
  • Working knowledge of CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
  • A basic understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, captions, and modern social media editing
  • The ability to work quickly, take feedback, and manage more than one project at a time
  • Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
How We Work (YouTube + OBS Studio)

We treat YouTube as our studio and OBS as our main capture tool.

  • Use YouTube Studio to schedule broadcasts, manage titles/thumbnails, and monitor stream health
  • Use OBS Studio to record and stream gameplay, webcam, and screen content
  • Build reusable scenes: Starting Soon, Gameplay, Commentary, BRB, Highlights
  • Record locally in high quality while streaming, so we have master files for editing
  • Use replay buffers and hotkeys to grab instant highlight clips for short-form content
  • Export platform-ready versions (9:16 for TikTok/Reels/Shorts) with captions, SFX, and motion graphics
Nice to Have
  • Experience editing gaming content or creator-style videos
  • Familiarity with overlays, alerts, and basic motion graphics
  • Interest in cloud gaming, streaming, and digital entertainment
