  • Competitive Pay - $58,000 - 62,000 annually.
    • The starting rate is based on experience and qualifications. This position participates in our compensation program, which provides opportunities for future pay growth based on performance and career development.

Eligible full-time associates are entitled to the following:

Schedule
This is a full-time position, typically scheduled Monday through Friday, with additional availability on weekends or holidays as needed for special events and community programming.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly life enrichment calendars that reflect resident interests, abilities, and preferences
  • Plan and lead engaging activities including exercise, games, arts and crafts, music, educational programs, social events, and wellness activities
  • Coordinate special celebrations, holiday events, outings, entertainment, and community programs
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and learn what brings them joy, purpose, and connection
  • Maintain organized activity schedules, documentation, supplies, and program materials
  • Promote resident engagement and independence through purposeful programming

What We're Looking For
  • Required: Experience planning and leading recreational, activity, or life enrichment programs in a senior living environment
  • A genuine passion for working with seniors and creating meaningful experiences
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic approach to programming
  • Ability to build authentic relationships with residents, families, and team members
  • CTRS certification or similar credential is a plus
  • Experience with LifeLoop preferred
