We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to analyze business data, develop reports and dashboards, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights that support data-driven business decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations based on business requirements.
  • Analyze trends, patterns, KPIs, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide actionable business insights.
  • Prepare specifications for reports and analytical solutions based on business needs and available data.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to team members and management.
  • Apply data integration, cleansing, validation, and visualization techniques to ensure data quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Experience with BI tools, reporting applications, and/or cloud-based analytics services.
  • Knowledge of data integration, cleansing, validation, and visualization.
  • Working knowledge of data structures and data manipulation.
