Position Overview:

The Gaming & Analytics Performance Manager will play a crucial role in analyzing game performance across various dimensions, including game type, category, state, venue, day, and device. This position requires a strong analytical understanding of consumer behavior, particularly in environments similar to casinos and slot machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for publishing a comprehensive quarterly analysis of gameplay, identifying trends, player behavior, and suggesting areas for improvement.


Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of game performance metrics across multiple parameters such as game type, venue, and player demographics.

- Publish quarterly reports detailing gameplay analysis, trends, and insights to guide product improvements and strategic decisions.

- Collaborate with Account Management and Account Executive teams to assess site-level performance and identify contributing factors to success.

- Utilize analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SAP to visualize data and present findings effectively.

- Identify and analyze player behavior trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.

- Proactively suggest improvements based on data-driven insights to enhance player engagement and revenue.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Significant experience in data analysis, preferably within the gaming or casino industry.

- 3-4 years' experience, preferably in the casino or gaming industry

- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Tableau and Power BI; experience with SAP is a significant plus.

- Strong understanding of consumer behavior in gaming environments.

- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.

- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
