How to become a games manager?

To become a games manager, candidates typically need a combination of relevant experience in the gaming or entertainment industry and strong leadership skills. A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is often preferred, along with knowledge of game operations, customer service, and team coordination. Gaining experience through entry-level roles and developing skills in event planning, staff management, and operational logistics can also help advance to a games manager position.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a games manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Games Manager, you need strong leadership, knowledge of game operations, and a background in hospitality or gaming, often supported by relevant certifications or experience.
