Job Description
  • Effectively managing all KCCC major and minor equipment, ensuring proper inventory, care and timely distribution.
  • Serve as a Games Director for KCCC, making game rules suggestions, securing venues, scheduling, and bracketing assigned sports, attending additional sports and events as assigned while providing exceptional customer service and meeting budget expectations.
  • Provide support/oversite of KCCC sponsorships agreements ensuring sponsor-related benefits are fulfilled and tracked.
  • To assist in the management and implementation of KCCC special events, practice leagues and other business opportunities as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • High School diploma
  • Working with the public 2 years
  • Organizational and problem solving 2 years
  • Valid driver's license
  • Evenings and weekends required seasonally
  • Computer knowledge; MS Word, Excel, Publisher
  • Interpersonal skills, written/oral communications
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Proven record of excellent customer service
  • Strong communication - both spoken and written
  • Leadership skills
  • Required to pass criminal history and driving background check
