The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, experience working across distributed systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

System Integration and End-to-End Validation:

  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to drive issue resolution.

  • Support production incidents and provide technical troubleshooting when needed

  • Document findings, corrective actions, and long-term solutions

Scripting and Technical Validation:

  • Develop scripts and utilities to support testing, deployment, and environment validation

  • Use API testing and automation tools to validate integrations and workflows

  • Create reusable validation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort

  • Support automated smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing initiatives

  • Analyze test results and system behavior to identify risks before deployment

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, product management, business teams, support teams, and external vendors

  • Communicate technical issues, risks, dependencies, and release readiness clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across technical and business teams

Preferred Qualifications
