Job description

Position Summary:

At Triple Shift Entertainment we’re proud to embrace the core values of Spirit, Courage, Respect, Own It, and Excellence. As a Games Attendant follow these core values while chasing that “perfect game” and you will assure that the fun never stops while working in the front of house area.

The Games Attendant ensures a safe, fun-filled, and exciting environment for our guests. Assists patrons of amusement facility and performs minor repairs on game machines: Explains operation of game machines to patrons, listens to patron complaints regarding malfunction of machines. Places out-of-order sign on defective machines, return money lost in defective machines and notify maintenance department of defective machines. Observes conduct of patrons in facility to ensure orderliness and asks disruptive patrons to leave.

Pay Range: $11.20- $14/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide information about facilities, entertainment options, and rules and regulations.
  • Use Spirit to great and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency.
  • Explains operation of games to guests
  • Excellence is developing an excellent understanding of the games within the Arcade and the prize assortments.
  • Actively shows Courage by monitoring the Arcade to ensure a safe environment for guests of all ages.
  • Notifies venue management of any machine errors and return credit to guests
  • Shows Respect by maintaining a clean, safe, and fun area for the maximum enjoyment of our guests.
  • Maintains accuracy while processing sale transactions and making change.
  • Conduct redemption inventory and ensure displays are completely full.
  • Other duties as assigned.

401k Information:
You will be eligible to begin contributing to a 401(k) on the first of the month following your first 90 days of service and if you meet the minimum hours criteria. The minimum criteria for employee eligibility are 1) employees must be 21 years of age or older and 2) must work 250 hours in 90 days or an average of 1,000 hours in one year. Triple Shift Entertainment will match qualified 401(k) contributions as follows: $1 for $1 for the first 3% and $0.50 for $1 on the next 2% on what employee contributes to their 401(k) and you are considered fully vested immediately.
