You're a great fit if: • you like to solve problems, using excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills • you enjoy working with diverse technologies and systems • you enjoy being hand-on with network appliances • you're passionate about providing the best service possible and taking pride in your work • you're hungry to learn in a fast-paced environment You'll love our position if you have (This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit): • 2 -5 years of experience as a network engineer • 1+ years of experience with IP networking design and architecture. • 1+ years of experience with VOIP Protocols (SIP, H.323, etc.), Cisco unified communications solutions. • knowledge of hardware systems including servers, memory modules, processors, and peripherals • familiarity with WAN and LAN systems • knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and intrusion detection or prevention technologies • knowledge in integrated voice, data and video solutions support • knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols, including analyzing and troubleshooting a VoIP network • knowledge in network security and cross functional security related to Voice Infrastructure • an active Top Secret clearance We'll REALLY love you if you have (This is the bonus stuff that makes you stand out): • knowledge in VoIP monitoring/debug tools (VoIP Monitor) and Network Analysis • previous experience with virtual IOS environments • a CompTIA certifications (Security+ preferred) • a Cisco CCNA, CVOICE, CUCM Certifications • a Bachelor's Degree What your day will look like: • You'll work with our Infrastructure team, who consists of other network engineers, systems engineers, mobile engineers, VDI engineers and others to manage our client’s environment. , • You'll work directly with our clients hand-in-hand to solve our mission critical problems, by refreshing hardware, updating systems, monitoring networks, and provide engineering solutions for our client’s unique requests • You’ll be part of a team that responds to after-hours requests and weekend requests, as well as critical outages if they can’t be solved by our Tiered Help Desk team.
