UI Developer / Front-End Developer
Memphis, TN (Hybrid Onsite)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced UI Developer / Front-End Developer to design, build, and maintain responsive web applications. This role will work closely with product, design, and backend engineering teams to deliver clean, scalable, user-friendly digital experiences.

The ideal candidate has strong front-end development experience, a solid understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, and the ability to build high-quality web interfaces that are responsive, performant, and easy to maintain.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features for web applications Translate UI/UX designs into clean, responsive, and scalable front-end code Build reusable components and front-end libraries Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, including browser compatibility challenges Collaborate with designers, product teams, backend developers, and other engineering partners Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog discussions Contribute to code reviews and front-end development best practices Participate in a rotating support schedule for light validation activities and occasional after-hours support needs

Required Qualifications

7+ years of professional front-end development experience Strong proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+ Experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js Experience building responsive, mobile-friendly web applications Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs Experience using Git or similar version control tools Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment Ability to work a hybrid onsite schedule in Memphis, TN

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building reusable UI components or component libraries Experience optimizing front-end application performance Experience collaborating closely with UX/UI designers Familiarity with modern front-end development tools and workflows
