Your Role

As a Scheduling Support Specialist, you'll be the maestro of our interpretation operations. This fast-paced, dynamic role is crucial to ensuring our interpretation appointments are well-coordinated and our clients receive top-quality language services. Think air traffic controller, but instead of planes, you'll be intricately coordinating interpreters across multiple locations. It's high-pressure, challenging, and incredibly rewarding.


What You'll Do (Responsibilities and Duties):

- Oversee and manage our calendaring scheduling system for interpretation

- Perform follow-up, reporting and documenting measures

- Maintain clear, effective communication across multiple channels, including email, text, chat, and phone, to ensure the successful completion of each task

- Be the friendly voice on the phone and provide exceptional customer service to clients and interpreters that leaves everyone smiling

- Proactively coordinate interpreter assignments and communicate updates to clients & interpreters

- Handle last-minute requests and ensure seamless on-demand services

- Resolve scheduling conflicts with the finesse of a diplomat, professionalism and efficiency


The Fine Print:

• This is a Full Time, hourly position that will require in-office work in our MURRAY UTAH OFFICE.

- This job is in on location in our Murray Utah office, and you must be willing to commute and have reliable transportation.

- Must be able to self-motivate and work productively, independently and alone.

• Hourly Rate: $21-24/hr Depending on Qualifications, Experience, Assessments, Etc.

• Potential for working more hours as needs increase.

• The schedule will generally include Sundays, with occasional Saturdays or holidays as needed.

• 90-day probationary period followed by a performance review

• Although there may be remote work opportunities, we prefer you work in office most of the time and this should be your expectation if you apply.
