Job description

Location: Pala, CA
F&B Coordinator will assist in the day-to-day administration duties of CHI and Royal Cuisine. The F&B Coordinator will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Assisting with Hiring, Gaming, F&B Operations and translating.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum one-year experience in a high-volume casino.
  • Should have personal computer skills, Word and Excel program knowledge preferred
  • Should have basic office equipment knowledge (copy machines, telephones)
  • Should have proper phone etiquette, people and communication skills
  • Must read, write, speak and understand English and Mandarin Chinese.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Answers multiple phone lines, directing to appropriate person and/or taking messages
  • Facilitate communications with all staff that live on property direction from leadership.
  • Facilitates communication with staff to PGC for all license related needs, acting as translator when needed.
  • Aids in application process and gaming license renewals where applicable.
  • Communicate with recruiters and or support for VISA supported staff, tracking renewals and expirations of any needed documents to work in the United States.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
