Teams Sales Support Representative

Position Summary:
The Team Sales Support Representative serves as the primary point of contact for the company's Team Sales representatives and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. These customers are members of baseball and softball organizations utilizing Marucci products and apparel.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to Team Sales representatives regarding order fulfillment and issue resolution, communicating in person and via email.
Serve as a primary point of contact for Team Sales customers-via phone, email, chat, or in person-offering product information and order assistance.
Accurately collect and enter new or additional product/service orders.
Address customer inquiries and complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate specialist or team member when necessary.
Ensure effective resolution of customer problems and concerns.
Maintain accurate customer accounts and detailed records of all interactions, inquiries, and complaints.
Perform other assigned duties as required.
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
Exceptional communication abilities, including active listening and clear articulation.
Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to effectively resolve grievances.
Proficient computer skills and a demonstrated capacity to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.
Position Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Customer service experience recommended but not required.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
