About Us:
Colorado Springs Therapy Center serves a mix of pediatric and adult clients across two outpatient locations, offering a full range of occupational, physical, and speech therapy services in a kind environment. CSTC has been providing excellent care in the Colorado Springs area since 2006 and has been selected as one of the Gazette's Best Workplaces for the last six years. We currently have an opening for a Physical Therapist interested in working in one of our Colorado Springs locations.
Requirements:
  • Degree from an accredited PT program
  • Applicants must have an active license to practice therapy in the state of Colorado (or eligible)
  • Passion for making a difference in clients' lives!
  • Ability to provide therapy, communicate with clients and families regarding care, and complete documentation.
Looking For:
  • Pediatric Experience preferred

Compensation:
Hourly:Base Pay Range $40.00-$44.00 depending on experience; Bonus Structure Available!
Salary: Base Pay Range $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience; Bonus Structure Available!

Additionally, CSTC strives to offer bonuses based on performance so both hourly and salary therapists may see additional financial rewards for their efforts.
Current Bonus Structure: Range $200-$600 / month
Bonuses are paid monthly, but calculated using the schedule every 2 weeks.
Bilingual Therapists: additional compensation is available for Therapists fluent in Spanish and English!
