Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible For Developing, Integrating, Testing, And Maintaining Existing And New Applications. Knowing One Or More Programming Languages; Knowing One Or More Development Methodologies / Delivery Models.

Required Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.
  • Possess ability to sit and perform computer entry for entire work shift, as required.
  • Possess ability to manage workload, manage mutliple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers, as applicable.
  • Experience in traditional app languages ( COBOL / Perl / C+).
  • Experience in scripting languages (BASH / PERL / PYTHON / RUBY).
  • Experience in application / product feature design.
  • Experience in integration technologies (Tibco/Informatica/CAS).
  • Experience in mobile technologies (HP Anywhere / iOS / Android / Java / HTML5).
  • Experience in service oriented architecture (SOA).
  • Experience in web technologies (HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net/PHP/Ruby/C#).
  • Experience in cloud computing technologies (SaaS / IaaS / PaaS).
  • Experience in application configuration.
  • Rapid prototyping.
  • SDLC Methodology (Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development).

Preferred Job Qualifications
  • Four (4+) years of experience in Java 21, Spring Boot, REST API and microservices expertise, Kafka, IBM MQ, SQL, Spring Security, Spring Integration, Apache Camel, CXF, Hibernate OAuth2.0 and Spring JPA
  • Two (2+) years with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS and Mulesoft
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and Azure Red Hat/OpenShift
  • Experience with persistence layer development using Hibernate and JPA.
  • Experience with more than one Application Servers such as Tomcat and Websphere
  • Experience in High volume transactional web applications custom developed using multiple technologies and integration patterns
  • Experience leveraging AI assisted development tools (e.g. Github CoPilot or similar) to improve code quality, accelerate development, troubleshoot issues and enhance overall engineering productivity
  • Should be key player in establishing Design and Development standards and instilling processes to ensure compliance to organizational quality standards.
  • Hands-on experience with "Productionalizing" applications (such as administration, configuration management, debugging, and performance tuning)
  • Excellent communication skills and business acumen provide for the ability to connect business and technical worlds fluently.
