Scientific Games is the global leader in lottery games, sports betting and technology, and they are seeking a Certified Field Service Technician II. This role is responsible for the assembly, preventative maintenance, training, and servicing of Lottery equipment, requiring travel to retail locations and interaction with customers.
Responsibilities:
• Stage, assemble, and maintain all lottery equipment in accordance with the Field Service Standards and procedures.
• Ability to perform extensive field repair functions with little or no supervision on SCIQ Lottery equipment
• Ability to perform diagnosis for scheduled and unscheduled service calls
• Ability to interact with customers, retailers, and management
• Ability to train retail employees on the functionality on all lottery equipment
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
• Ability to operate a smart services phone
• Ability to be accountable and response to use, maintain, and secure all assigned tools, test equipment, terminals, subassemblies, parts and supplies
• Ability to communicate problems with management
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and repair any lottery equipment problems in accordance to the Field Service Protocol
• Ability to complete site surveys from a field service perspective as well as a marketing placement aspect
