Job Description:

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services provides Information Technology Services for Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International and their subsidiaries and/or franchisees. 

The objective for the Enterprise Architect is to work with the Development leadership to construct a highly-scalable, integrated, and cloud-based systems that would add breakthrough enablement to our businesses. We need someone to work closely with package solution vendors to evaluate the current state of our application architecture, infrastructure and integrations as well as help lead the overall re-design to an enterprise grade platform. We’re a data oriented company looking to build a customer focused applications and services working in different channels such as email marketing, telemarketing, social and digital.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Synchronization of IT strategy and planning with the organization's existing and future business goals
  • Determining and implementing build versus buy strategies, mentor personnel, and views of the overall business strategy.
  • Works closely with solutions architects to provide an opinion based enterprise solution that is flexible, scalable and capable of synchronizing with continuously changing business requirements
  • Experience in DevOps, SDLC, containers, Kubernetes, microservices and APIs design
  • Asses current applications, data flows and processes and design for future growth
  • Define and deliver integrated solutions by applying proven delivery methodologies including Agile and Model-Driven techniques.
  • Knowledge of application development and architecture best practice.
  • Experience working with customer data pertaining systems like loyalty systems, CRM, and CDP.
  • Knowledge of Architecture principles and industry standard frameworks
  • Understand different datastore types and how data can flow across systems
  • Works with business and cross technology teams to solution for reusability, long term manageability, maintainability, integrate-ability, cost, technical debt and security facets

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 yrs. experience in architecting of enterprise solutions.
  • Experience with integration tool as Open source Middleware products/Mule soft/TIBCO/Jboss EAP/IBM Websphere/Oracle SOA or SoftwareAG webMethods etc. - managing flow of data in a diverse landscape of package and custom applications in different technologies (primarily .Net); reduce complexity in intricate integrations to support reuse and deployment simplicity
  • Well versed in API management to monitor security, application connections, traffic and standardization.
  • Excellent end to end knowledge of web, client-server, services and DB technologies
  • Experienced in sizing applications for optimal performance with through understanding of the infrastructure
  • Performs work with a high degree of latitude. Handles the most complex issues. Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in math, computer science or related field and 8 or more years of experience
  • Preferred Certification on TOGAF
  • Experience with cloud providers Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Familiar with container platforms and orchestration such as Docker and Kubernetes
