We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join our GenAI & Strategic Initiatives team. You will help drive AI integration to enhance productivity of internal teams through adoption of best practices, creation of innovative agentic solutions that transform how teams work.
You will build agents and AI-powered solutions impacting Engineering, Marketing Technology (Martech), and Business Planning. You will design systems that leverage GenAI to optimize marketing workflows, personalize customer engagement, automate content generation, and enhance marketing analytics - helping Luna's growth and business teams work smarter and faster

You will architect next-generation AI solutions that will drive AI adoption for both external game developers and internal teams. You will be a hands-on builder who designs, develops, and operates infrastructure to support both proprietary and third party models.
We are looking for a highly collaborative cross-team player. You are a passionate evangelist for AI innovation who can influence cultural transformation and fundamentally shift how teams approach their work using AI

Key job responsibilities
- Drive platform architecture decisions - Work closely with GenAI leadership to understand model requirements and translate them into scalable platform capabilities; contribute to technical design reviews and architectural decisions.
- Lead internal GenAI adoption and evangelization - Champion adoption of GenAI tools across internal teams, conduct technical workshops, and drive productivity improvements through effective implementation of AI capabilities.
- Launch cross-functional agents - Identify key use cases to increase productivity and partner with domain experts to create transformative agentic workflows and systems.
- Evaluate & optimize performance - Design caching strategies, implement request optimization, and build monitoring systems to deliver low-latency and cost efficient AI powered solutions.
- Partner directly with game developers and platform teams to understand specific use cases, translate requirements into technical solutions, and optimize foundational models through fine-tuning and more.
- Build and operate high-scale API infrastructure - Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable APIs using Native AWS which provide unified access to multiple AI service providers including Bedrock, SageMaker, and vendors like ElevenLabs.
- Ensure enterprise-grade security, compliance and responsible AI is the backbone of all solutions.
