Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for accurately dealing all games in the pit
  • Analyze guest alcohol consumption
  • Ensures that all rules and regulations of Nevada Gaming and House rules are being followed at all times
  • Manage the administration of fills and credits and maintaining bankroll
  • Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers
  • Review staffing levels to maintain full coverage to accommodate business needs
  • Analyzing customer play, cheating scams, and unusual or suspicious variations of play
  • Must have dealing experience and knowledge of Gaming regulations and ICMP's
  • Solving guest and employee problems or disputes
  • Analyze and control guest alcohol consumption
  • Ensure all guests are of legal age to participate in limited gaming
  • Replace and sort cards as needed
  • Inventory and table drop
  • Supervision of table games dealers
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations' policies and applicable laws

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be able to deal all games offered in the Blackjack pit area
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience required
  • 1 year of supervisor/managerial experience. 2 years of experience in table games
  • Nevada gaming card required
  • Identification that establishes identity
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
