ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Complete credit-control activities including preparing customer account statements, contacting customers regarding past-due balances, and coordinating with account managers to resolve outstanding issues. 
  • Support Accounts Payable process.
  • Support Accounts Receivable process.
  • Completed Bookkeeping and cash reconciliation process.
  • Month-End close support. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of Accounting experience or multiple internships for new graduate.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems advantageous (Microsoft Business Central)
  • Demonstrated experience/working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and IFRS
  • Bilingual, English and Spanish preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish and meet deadlines
  • Team player with good analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
