WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Games Portfolio and Digital Content Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of the games portfolio and all customer-facing website content. This includes managing the full game lifecycle, maintaining high-quality digital experiences, and ensuring timely and accurate content delivery across platforms.

Content Management

·Manage daily updates of lottery content via Contentful CMS, adapting assets to suit each platform.

·Develop and maintain landing pages, Lottery Learning Link, promotional pages, and player-facing bonuses, ensuring high-quality user experiences.

·Request game, website and acquisition graphics, build, and create banners, pop-ups, landing pages and marketing materials

Client & Partner Relationships

·Point of contact with clients and internal teams to gain approval of fast-moving content plan

·Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate and develop front-end components seamlessly.

·Collaborating with Analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking of newly generated content.

·Comfortable reviewing sites and content responsively (e.g., through dev tools, different browsers, and physical devices) to ensure quality and consistency.

Games portfolio management

  • Prepare roadmap games for existing vendors
  • Manage game release timelines and ensure delivery dates are met
  • Interact with multi-cross-functional teams (marketing, product, creative, editing, etc) to get the games launched according to the roadmap
  • Perform the game launch asset briefing process (graphic and descriptive)
  • Manage operational dealings with vendors
  • Perform QA on games in UAT and Production
  • Review customer-facing game material on the website
  • Perform Game approvals tasks
  • Promotionalcampaign testing
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • BA/BS Marketing, Business or equivalent experience
  • Gaming experience required; must be familiar with industry
  • Experience with on-line gaming industry; Mobile app gamer, casino goer and/or fantasy sports player a plus
  • Product management or project management experience a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated and take on tasks without direction
  • Responsible, detail oriented, well organized, independent, ability to learn quickly, multi-tasking,great interpersonalskills, team player
  • Excellent project management, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in data driven prioritization
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Some travel required
  • Must be available to work during the bulk of EST business hours. May need to adjust schedule periodically to accommodate clients and partners in other time zones.
  • This position is remote and can reside in Canada or US.
