Location:
StadiumGame Workers assist with Sport/Athletic events at various campus/field/gym or stadium for any school district property.
Job duties:
  • Arrive one hour before the event starts
  • Check-in with the Field/Gym manager
  • Sign-in and out on the required blue sheet
  • Come prepared to work until the event is over or release by Field/Gym manager
  • Dress appropriate with comfortable shoes and ready for the weather.
  • Be polite, helpful and assist where needed.
There are several positions at different athletic events.
Ticket Worker responsibilities:
  • Make sure every patron, parent, spectator has a paid electronic ticket.
  • Assist with providing the link/QR Code to Ticketspicket.com
  • Direct patrons to their seat, bathroom area and exit doors.
Clear Bag Policy Worker responsibilities:
  • Make sure the Clear Bag Policy is being enforced
  • Observe for not allowed items at the facilities or field
  • If parent comes in with Baby Bag, check to make sure items NOT allowed do not enter the facility/field.
  • If a patron needs their medical bag with them, check to make sure items are in the bag.
Hall Monitors responsibilities:
  • Monitor the hallways to make sure that there are no students or parents
  • Make sure no one comes in without a ticket
  • Direct traffic to the proper entry/exit door.
Clock/Score board/Book- Person Responsibilities:
  • Arrive 30 minutes before each event
  • Be alert and ready to keep track of the Game
  • Keep time, score or records of time/scores on the proper document.
  • Sign out after the game with the Field/Gym manager.
