Game Night Media Runner
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Assists the Communications Department with game day operations, primarily supporting runner duties for starters and stat distribution, while working closely with broadcasters and assisting with postgame media needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to
  • Support game night media operations, including pregame, in-game, and postgame duties.
  • Assist with preparation, verification, and distribution of game materials, including starters, stat sheets, and press information, to broadcasters, statisticians, and other designated personnel.
  • Assist with setup, monitoring, and upkeep of media work areas and related equipment during games.
  • Support credentialing and game night logistics as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Department and other game night staff to ensure smooth execution of game operations.
  • Keep assigned work areas organized, clean, and prepared, and escalate issues to appropriate staff as needed.
  • Demonstrate the organization's One Team philosophy of Passion, Accountability, Customer Focus, and Teamwork.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Superior interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work all home games including preseason, regular season, and playoff games.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
