Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Successfully handle high volume inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Meet sales and upselling metrics monthly
  • Set appointments with customers in regards to HVAC, Plumbing, Insulation, Water, Electrical and more
  • Multi task between different departments and stakeholders
  • Work in multiple applications and duel screens - fast paced environment
  • Respond to e-mail inquiries in a timely manner
  • Receive and record completed work orders from field technicians
  • Expedite unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details
  • Actively promote and sell new or additional services or products when applicable
  • Handle some payments,refunds, and related customer inquiries

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 2-years call center experience required
  • 1 year of sales experience required
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends when needed.
  • Must be able to work on site, Remote only positions are not available at this time.
  • Must be able to type 35 WPM.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
