Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Solutions Architecture to lead our Solutions Architecture team supporting one of the biggest customers within the Media, Entertainment, Games & Sports (MEGS) vertical. This role combines deep industry expertise with people leadership to drive customer success and business growth for our most strategic accounts in the rapidly evolving media and entertainment ecosystem.
Key job responsibilities
**Team Leadership & Management**
Lead and develop a team of Solution Architects for key MEGS accounts
Drive performance management, hiring, and team member career growth
Provide technical coaching with deep MEGS industry expertise
**Strategic Account Management**
Develop and execute technical strategy for major MEGS accounts
Partner with Sales to align solutions with customer objectives
Build technical relationships with customer executives and decision makers
Lead complex engagements across content production, broadcast, streaming, gaming, and sports analytics
Measure and optimize team effectiveness through defined KPIs
**Technical Leadership & Innovation**
Guide digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration and content delivery optimization
Work with AWS media teams on feature prioritization and roadmap development
Support executive briefings and technical deep-dive sessions
Establish training programs focused on media workflows
**Industry Impact & Development**
Create thought leadership content including whitepapers and case studies
