What You'll Do
As the Cast Booster Producer, you will efficiently assist in the set-up, filling, inspection and packaging of all Cast Booster products with respect to plant and site specific safety rules and quality standards. Other duties include:
  • Demonstrate and/or lead the commitment to the pursuit of achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable HSE performance standards, objectives and regulations.
  • Live and foster the IPL Corporate Values.
  • Supports BEx initiatives and ensures participation from all areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with daily processing requirements.
  • Promote implementation of industry best practices, pursue the elimination of waste and support initiatives in manufacturing.
  • Responsible for quality inspections during packing procedures.
  • Product pouring and handing requirements.
  • Responsible for loading empty plastic canisters onto transport trays.
  • Manual fork lift operation for material movements.
  • Comply with applicable Housekeeping and 5S standards.

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED Preferred
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives.
  • Ability to listen, understand and take technical data from others into consideration in making operational decisions
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively in both written and verbal manner
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform Root Cause Analysis for issues in all of the various processes associated with manufacturing
