Associate Project Manager

We're an ambitious game studio based in Center Point, and we're in the early stages of developing our next mobile title. As a Associate Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our fast-paced prototyping phase: coordinating efforts, keeping timelines on track, and helping a passionate team turn creative ideas into playable reality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate and organize tasks within 1-2 week sprint cycles, ensuring efficient workflow and clear task ownership.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestone deadlines, proactively addressing risks or delays.
  • Support people management efforts, including tracking team members’ availability, vacation, and sick leave to maintain realistic scheduling.
  • Foster clear communication across teams to keep everyone aligned on project goals and status.
  • Maintain an overview of feature progress and ensure critical components are on track.
