Schedule

About Supportive Housing Services

Supportive Housing Services provides safe, stable housing for adult men transitioning successfully back into the community. Our staff help create an environment that promotes personal responsibility, recovery, accountability, and self-sufficiency.

As a Behavioral Support Assistant, you'll be part of a team that helps residents develop the daily living skills and structure needed for long-term success.

What You'll Do

As a Behavioral Support Assistant, you will:

  • Maintain a safe and structured environment for residents
  • Monitor resident activities, behavior, and whereabouts
  • Build professional, respectful relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries
  • Document daily activities, progress notes, and incident reports
  • Conduct routine facility and safety checks
  • Assist with resident accountability measures, including assigned chores and program activities
  • Support meal preparation and household responsibilities that help residents build independent living skills
  • Encourage responsibility, initiative, and positive decision-making
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience working with correctional clients or similar populations
