This license allows the holder to operate any car, van, or small truck and is the highest level of passenger vehicle license in the province. To obtain a G license, drivers must progress through a graduated licensing system that includes the G1 and G2 stages. A fully licensed G driver can drive on any road in Ontario without restrictions, provided they follow all traffic laws.
