Job Title

Integrated Document Solutions (IDS) Administrative Assistant II

Job Description

This position will drive deliveries, provide support for mail operations, as well as security of the North Campus for DPA. It provides support for critical infrastructure jobs and performs duties of a sensitive and vital nature for mail services, facility security and secure storage.

A summary of the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Delivery driver โ€“ drives for the delivery unit to other State agency buildings
  • Mail security โ€“ screen and process mail, detecting any harmful items before sending out to state
  • Security desk โ€“ manage access to facility, including main entrance and gated parking lot and delivery
  • Campus security โ€“ coordinator and administrative support for facility safety and various safety programs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience Only: At least two (2) years of combined experience in delivery, mail sorting, and security.

OR

Education and Experience: A combination of related education and/or combined experience in delivery, mail sorting, and security equal to at least two (2) years.

Conditions of Employment:

  • A pre-employment criminal background check will be conducted as part of the selection process.
  • Department of Revenue Tax Check
  • Must have and maintain a valid, unrestricted Colorado Driver's License
  • Shift Work: Position must be available to work any shift including holidays and overtime.
  • Travel - This is a delivery driver position
