SUPERINTENDENTS
COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
SYRACUSE, NY
ALBANY, NY

Fusco Personnel is searching for Superintendents who thrive in fast paced environments, lead with integrity and want to make an impact on some of the most exciting projects in the northeast. The selected candidates will provide ON-SITE administrative and technical oversight for all construction activities. Please apply if you possess the following education and competencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field - preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience working on large commercial construction projects managing all on-site construction activities including field staff, subcontractors and consultants.
  • Ability to interpret building plans and specs.
  • OSHA 10 Certification Required.
  • OSHA 30 Certification Preferred.
  • Experience administering jobsite safety programs and quality management.
  • Working knowledge of CPM Schedule.
  • Working knowledge of cost report and labor production report.
  • Thorough knowledge of subcontract language.
  • Ability to work with and manage multiple people.
SALARY RANGE:
$100-160K +/- (Based on Experience). Our client will pay for experience.
