Assistant Sales Manager

Coldwell Banker Premier, headquarters in Winchester, VA, is looking to expand our management team! We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager in our Delaware region. Must have a real estate license in Delaware to be considered.

The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for motivating and leading a team of associates in their area in conjunction with the Sales Manager. In addition, the Assistant Sales Manager will work with the Sales Manager to lead the recruitment and retention efforts to promote office growth, encourage and organize community involvement projects, and help to train and develop successful sales associates. The Assistant Sales Managers work on the leadership team, assisting each other when needed.

Leads all sales activities with the Sales Manager within the area for the company Accountability for achieving branch office production and performance goals Lead, train, and motivate the team to produce the highest results for the company and the team members Be able to take initiative and lead agents to achieve his/her goals Have an in-depth understanding of the local market and identify opportunities and concerns Problem solves for customers, clients, and the team Provide coaching and conduct one-on-one and business planning sessions with Sales Associates to help them achieve their productivity goals Attend and cultivate relationships at networking real estate events Manages the recruiting process, in conjunction with the Director of Talent Attraction for both new and experienced Sales Associates Reports on progress to leadership on all recruiting and retention activities Implementing and managing various marketing/ recruiting programs established by the company to achieve recruiting objectives Lead sales meetings alongside Regional Sales Manager Independently conduct sales meetings when the Sales Manager is not present Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work

3-5 years of real estate sales, must have a current real estate license Sales management experience required within a real estate brokerage Willing and able to travel between offices Passion for the success of others and able to hold a team accountable Ability to learn new skills and train others on our real estate platforms Strong proficiency to adapt to changing landscapes and new company directives Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Excellent coaching and mentoring skills Must be a master of their trade and willing to help others An energetic, positive, and professional demeanor Influential communicator, with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills Technology proficiency includes knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, and social media sites Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities Strong team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues Responsible and accountable for personal and team performance

Salary, $48,000 to $50,000 base plus bonuses based on office growth, and the ability to perform about 12 Real Estate transactions per year. Managers are non-competing, so business would be self-generated from past clients or SOI. If the Medical, Dental, and Vision available, paid time off, work-life balance, and company-paid travel to conferences and training events.
