6+ Years of IT experience
1.5 - 2 Yrs of Fusion HCM experience
Implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Application in Fusion Compensation Management.
Strong Knowledge on Fusion Functional Setup Manager.
Deep Experience on Compensation Management related business processes.
Knowledgeable about Fusion Co-Existence scenarios.
Good knowledge on Fusion Application Security
Ability to map Business processes in Fusion Application.
Experience in conducting proof-of-concept, developing prototypes and building reference models
Good Communication and status reporting with customer
Effective coordination with multiple technical and support team
Work with the development staff to determine project requirements for test/production environments
Reports progress and activity to project leader and/or manager on a continuing basis
