At Fusion, we combine people, technology, and automation to keep products moving efficiently. As our automation systems continue to grow, we're looking for a dependable and motivated individual to help support and maintain the day-to-day operation of our robotic warehouse automation cells.

The Robot Wrangler role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, fast-paced environments, technology, and problem-solving. No robotics experience is required. We'll provide training.

Your Opportunity

This position plays a critical role in keeping our automation systems operating efficiently throughout the day. You'll work directly with warehouse and robotic systems by supplying product, monitoring output, maintaining inventory flow, and verifying product quality.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in warehouse operations, manufacturing automation, robotics, logistics, or industrial technology.

What You'll Do

  • Tend and monitor multiple automation robots/cells
  • Pull inventory and load products into automation systems
  • Maintain product quantities to keep automation systems running continuously
  • Verify finished products and inspect output for quality and accuracy
  • Organize, package, and put away inventory
  • Assist with inventory movement and warehouse organization
  • Identify minor issues or interruptions and communicate with supervisors as needed
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Support continuous improvement of warehouse automation processes
