Oracle Fusion EPM Solutions Architect
On-Site, Lawrenceville, GA
Contract Position
Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Solutions Architect to support and maintain the technical health of our Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, EPM, and HCM). This role owns technical configurations, quarterly release evaluation, and coordination of testing/validation with business teams, while providing technical leadership and mentorship across the IT organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical configurations, custom fields, and fast formulas across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
  • Evaluate quarterly releases and patches; coordinate impact testing with business stakeholders
  • Lead end-to-end testing efforts, including test plan and script development
  • Design and audit security roles to maintain least-privilege access and system integrity
  • Monitor application performance and architecture for reliability and recoverability
  • Partner with internal IT (Security, Network, Service Desk) and external vendors/Oracle on maintenance, refresh schedules, and issue resolution
  • Write functional/technical specs for new integrations and peripheral applications
  • Mentor and train team members supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of ERP administration experience
  • 5+ years as a Solutions Architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and/or HCM
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion configurations, custom fields, fast formulas, and cross-application integration
  • Experience leading full project lifecycles (requirements through rollout)
  • Familiarity with the Oracle Fusion data dictionary and object relationships
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion security roles and workflow configuration
  • Combined Finance/HR/Payroll business acumen with deep IT knowledge
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
