Clearance Furniture Sales Associate
RC Willey is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate for our Furniture Clearance department. In this role, you'll greet customers, identify their needs, and provide expert guidance on discounted furniture options. You'll ensure customer expectations are exceeded and follow up through callbacks, client cards, and thank-you notes. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and maintaining RC Willey's high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, determine their needs and address any related questions or concerns
  • Ensure customer needs are taken care of and expectations have been met/exceeded
  • Follow-up with customers through callbacks, client cards and/or thank-you notes
  • All other duties as assigned
