Role Description The Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Philadelphia, PA. This position supports client-focused development and fundraising initiatives, including preparing donor outreach materials, assisting with proposals and grant applications, and maintaining accurate records in databases or CRM systems. The Development Associate conducts research on prospective donors, trends, and opportunities; analyzes data to inform strategy; and helps coordinate meetings, events, and follow-up communications.
