Job description

The Analyst, Fund Operations role oversees third-party sales data providers and partners with Global Relationship Managers to enhance sales effectiveness. The role is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting on internal and external data across all DoubleLine products, leveraging Power BI dashboards to identify trends and drive marketing and distribution opportunities, while delivering insights to senior leadership.

Job Functions

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party sales data providers, ensuring data quality, consistency, and service delivery.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data across multiple platforms through validation, reconciliation, and governance processes.
  • Identify, scope, and implement data initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance analytics capabilities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking net flows, sales pipeline, and client activity to drive actionable insights.
  • Partner with Global Relationship Managers to execute data-driven sales strategies and targeted client campaigns based on analytical insights.
  • Support internal and external sales teams by delivering timely, high-quality data and analytics in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and present monthly and quarterly reports to senior leadership, providing high-visibility insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • 5+ years of experience working with sales data in the financial services industry
  • Proficient expertise with SQL and data modeling required
  • Proficient expertise with Power BI and DAX required
  • General understanding of finance and asset management sales data required
  • Experience working with third-party sales data sources, such as Broadridge, FINTRX, etc.
  • Proficient expertise with Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel required
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills
  • Team-oriented and possess strong integrity and professionalism
