Job description

NAVA Software solutions is looking for a SAP HANA Functional Leader
Details:
SAP HANA Functional Leader
Type of role : Full-Time/Direct Hire
Location : Alpharetta, GA (On-site)
This is a leadership role at Director level. The leader will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and promotion to production of SAP S4HANA configurations. Director will provide operational support managing global teams. Communication skills are CRITICAL for this role; candidate will be working closely with business stakeholders and business users that do not understand the technical components of SAP so the candidate must be able to speak in business/process terms as opposed to SAP terminology. The candidate will proactively work with the end-user community to improve business processes and procedures. The candidate will also investigate and present new technology and solutions to the SAP user community.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
  • Conduct Business workshops to drive the project implementation using SAP standard implementation methodologies.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional work-stream leads and functional business leaders to drive solution design, deployment, and overall governance of the global solution.
  • Expert in supporting Accounting, Finance, Tax. Treasury Procure to Pay and Order to Cash.
  • Hands-on experience in accounting and finance, expense reporting systems.
  • Experience in implementing SAP in Cloud.
  • Knowledge of implementing backups, disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Experience in formulating recommendations and options based upon analysis, data and input from users, business unit management and other technical staff.
  • Ensure that technical performance and reliability of products, systems and services meet identified industry standard.
  • Plan and execute S/4 HANA technical upgrades and patches to the system by assisting in researching technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported and aligned with industry and company standards.
  • Assist in the analysis of new and existing architectures to ensure IT platforms meet reliability expectations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an efficient and reliable SAP landscape. Participate in the definition of KPI and their respective metrics.
  • Enforce governance of the standards and bring visibility to customizations and deviations.
  • Drive harmonized industry-best practice process across all business functions and geographies.
  • Collaborate within the different workstreams and project team members to resolve conflicts, issues, and deviations and drive them to resolution.
  • Lead a global team of 10 to 20 full-time employees and consultants.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with Ariba and Concur
  • SAP Certification (S/4 HANA Upgrade and Conversion)
  • Having global SAP S4 HANA implementation
  • AWS or Azure Certification
  • Experience with large, complex projects with multi-system integration and process flows
